Since starting his Financial Planner career in 2004, Wade has developed a passion for assisting his clients to reach their financial goals and objectives. With his in depth knowledge of Australia’s financial systems, he is able to explain complex concepts in a simple way and ensure the right advice is provided and implemented for each client’s unique and personal circumstances. Wade prides himself on his ongoing partnerships and being there for the changes and challenges in every client’s life, both expected and unexpected. 

Wade is the Practice Principal at Stepwise Financial Planning, which he created to help clients achieve their goals and protect their future. Wade gets immense satisfaction from seeing his clients achieve their goals and this is the driving force of his financial planning career. 

Wade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as his Diploma Financial Services (Financial Planning). Wade’s focus is providing quality advice in areas relating to wealth creation, superannuation and retirement planning and personal insurance. He can also provide advice in more complex areas of advice like gearing, estate planning and intergenerational advice.

In his spare time he loves to surf, travel, play sports and hang out with his wife Meghann and two children (not always in that order).

Shrina was born and raised in Kenya. She moved to Perth after high  school to complete her university studies. She started out in a career  in the WA government as a data analyst before realising that her passion  was more in helping people with their personal finances. She has worked  as a receptionist, client services and paraplanning within the  profession. It was from her very first client experience that she knew she  wanted to stay in financial planning. She finds immense purpose in this  profession as it allows her to assist people in meeting their lifestyle  needs and securing their financial future.

When not at work, Shrina enjoys a gym session or a walk along the  Coast. If time permits, she likes to head overseas and explore and  experience new cultures and make memories that will last a lifetime. She  has been together with her husband for more than 10 years and has a  2-year-old son in which she is thoroughly enjoying the crazy ride of  parenthood.
